GDevCon ANZ #2 May 27 / 28 2025 – Earlybird Tickets on sale now!

GDevCon ANZ #2 will be held at CSIRO Lindfield, Sydney, Australia, on Tuesday 27 May and Wednesday 28 May. We’re excited to announce some new ticketing options for 2025!

Ticket options include:

  • Single: $475 per person for 2 day conference
  • Group: $450 per person (minimum four tickets) for 2 day conference
  • NEW: Remote Access: $400 per person for remote webinar accessNote: Remote access pricing available by request for people > 100km from Sydney CBD. (i.e. we encourage people attend the event in person)
  • NEW: Add-on workshops – We’re planning a couple of workshops to run either side of the event, for an additional cost. More news to come in the next newsletter!

GDevCon ANZ 2025 Open for Presentations

Presentation submissions are open!

Submission Deadline: 20 December 2024

We are putting a call out for presentation submissions for GDevCon ANZ 2025. If you’ve been thinking about putting a presentation, now is the time to submit your abstract!

Things to remember:

  • The event will have ~12 full 45 minute presentations and ~6 short 7 minute presentations – take your pick! Those selected to do a full 45 minute presenters get a free ticket
  • We’d love to see some new faces. Never done it before? Fear not! We’ll set you up with a presenter mentor to help you prepare your presentation!
  • What topics are we after? Anything that relates to graphical programming, and the NI ecosystem in general. Below is a list of potential topics to consider:
    • NI general updates, ie. LabVIEW roadmap, website, subscription vs perpetual pricing, training and certification etc.
    • Interesting applications of NI hardware ie. PXI/TestScale/cRIO/cDAQ
    • NI toolkits such as Vision Development, Sound and Vibration, Database Connectivity, MS Office Report Toolkit, etc
    • LabVIEW Performance tools such as VI Analyser, Desktop Execution, Memory profiling, VI Scripting etc
    • Other NI Software products such as G Web Development Suite, Flexlogger, Veristand, Instrument Studio, TestStand and SystemLink
    • Community offerings such as LabVIEW Community edition, G Central, LabVIEW Wiki, Community Training Initiative, Open Source projects, OpenGDS, VIPM Pro, etc
    • Software engineering concepts such as Unit Testing, CI/CD, and DevOps / Git
    • Security and how it relates to test applications, and what we should be considering in our development
